'THE FIVE DOCTORS' AT 40: THE ENEMY REVEALED, AND RASSILON'S IMMORTALITY UNLEASHED!

Now in the heart of the Dark Tower, and in its immense audience chamber housing the eternally preserved body of their greatest Time Lord leader, Rassilon, Doctors One, Two and Three converge (and personality clash) on the scene, with companions in tow, to interpret old Gallifreyan language linked to a special monument - 'To lose is to win. And he who wins shall lose', is what the inscription mysteriously translates as.

The Master wants final revenge against hie enemy, but is soon thwarted by the Brigadier.

The Doctor, under the control of the accompanying Borusa arrive in the Tower.

The companions rush to help but they are put in stasis by the power of Borusa.

The three Doctors join forces to break the hold on Doctor Five.

Of which they ultimately succeed.

With the Death Zone's force field de-activated and a tussle with a vengeance-fuelled the Master quicky circumvented by a handy surprise punch from the Brigadier, the Fifth Doctor arrives on the scene, but under mental control of the true culprit behind the reactivation of the Death Zone and the quest to retrieve the Ring of Rassilon that will grant him immortality - the now dark-hearted and power-mad Lord President Borusa, who wants to be President Eternal.

The enemy revealed, as President Borusa puts on the Ring of Rassilon and his fate is quickly delivered.

The combined forces of Doctors One to Three circumvent the suggestion power of Borusa towards the Fifth Doctor, as the visage of Rassilon appears to offer the President immortality, a scenario in which Doctor One pushes for Borusa to have his deserved destiny - ultimately enduring a living statue death as part of Rassilon's rogue Time Lord collection!

The powerful ghost of Rassilon (Richard Mathews) appears, with the offer of immortality offered to Borusa, his reward due confirmed by Doctor One.

The Ring of Rassilon returns to its original host.

The mausoleum of captured corrupt Time Lords will have a new addition.

The assemblage is complete.

With the adventure over, of which Doctor One reveals his full understanding of what the old inscription meant for Borusa, our heroes must soon depart in their own Temporal Fission versions of the TARDIS (including a no longer trapped Doctor Four and Romana), from which the Fifth Doctor remarks, "I'm not the man I used to be... thank goodness!"

The Doctors bid farewell.

Fond goodbyes from Doctors and companions.

Multiple TARDIS's depart.
