Can the Doctor avoid his new responsibilities?

President Borusa has been 'removed' from office, the threatening visage of Rasillon has disappeared back into the ether of the Dark Tower, and the older Doctors and companions have now been successfully returned to their own Tine-Streams. Chancellor Flavia and her guards arrive to confirm the Doctor's status as the new Lord President of the Time Lords, a position that the Doctor is not willing to inherit, soon beckoning Tegan and Turlough into the TARDIS as he gives Flavia special leadership powers upon his eventual return to Gallifrey, if ever...

Once again, the Doctor has decided to go on the run from his people, in a rackety old TARDIS. 

"Why not?" The Doctor beamingly tells his friends... "After all, that's how it all started..."

Chancellor Flavia and her guards arrive in the main chamber.

The Doctor finds himself as the new President of Gallifrey, but soon escapes his responsibility!

The Doctor initiates a fast dematerialization.

The Doctor chooses to go on the run again, in a rackety old TARDIS...
