Within the sparkling, technologically advanced City of the Elders, two of its popular citizens, Flower (Kay Patrick) and Avon (Robert Sidaway), enjoy their lives and the new visitors to their world, if avoiding and not recognising the true cost behind the shiny veneer of decadent civilisation to which they are a part, in a great still from the still all too underappreciated, The Savages.
