The arising has come again, when the legendary and powerful King Arthur must leads his Britons to war, against the might of his rival, and former lover, in the evil Morgana of the Fey. But all that is linked to another time, another dimension, of which planet Earth is now under threat from the new conflicts of these mysterious alien warriors, led by the heroic Ancelyn and opposed by the evil Mordred, in this great posed publicity image from Season 26 opener, Battlefield.
Even if you're not a fan of the televised story, the Target novelisation by Marc Platt is a superior expansionary read and one of the range's best novels, providing lots of details about the history/peoples of the other dimension to whom the Doctor is recognised as the warlock 'Merlin'.
